Hailing from the birthplace of yoga in India, Rachita’s role at the Centre is to cultivate renewal. She is responsible for the Wellness Yoga at Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre, which is a thoughtfully crafted menu of interactive sessions to uplift body, mind and spirit.
Her intention is to create a space for each student that allows for personal growth and calmness at all levels through deeper awareness and connection to self.
Passionate about the history of yoga, Rachita’s wide-ranging knowledge encompasses aspects such as the anatomy of posture and essential breathing techniques. As an accomplished instructor, she teaches groups and individuals based on proficiency. During these classes, rachita encourages participants to challenge themselves yet she is always mindful of personal limitations.
