MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and self-motivated Marketing & Communications Manager (DHTC & eatwell).

The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for improving the company’s brand and achieving financial growth. The role is in-charge for the strategic planning, implementation and management a range of online & offline marketing strategies targeting media and industry engagement, to promote the DHTC’s brands. This position will report directly to the Medical Director and Acting Administrative Director.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development Planning

  • Creating a business strategy that consolidates the business targets and objectives in effectively penetrating and targeting the right clients for the DHTC & Eat well services.
  • Analyzing & leading potential strategic partner relationships to identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
  • Generating leads and set up business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Improving the B2B sales pipeline, from lead generation to sales closure.
  • Writing contracts and proposals, negotiate deals and manage partnerships in line with management approval.

Marketing and PR strategy

  • Creating a marketing and PR strategy for the company based on the approved strategy.
  • Utilizing the marketing strategy to develop and implement a marketing plan.
  • Managing the company brand, advertising, communication, PR, media buying, digital media, events, activations, budget and business development support.
  • Strategizing and executing the Digital/direct Marketing Campaign for all brands, analyzing and optimizing all marketing Campaigns
  • Create and maintain processes for consistent brand messaging and corporate identity standards.
  • Manage the Marketing & Communications budget and ensure programme milestones related to marketing & communications are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to corporate literature, product marketing and promotional materials, press releases, media relations content, and social media content both print and electronic.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate market trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

Client relationships

  • Engage with sectors and customers to anticipate potential business opportunities and implement actions that will position business with differentiated advantage.
  • Organize and represent the business at key networking events to raise the company profile.
  • Maintaining effective business communications at all times.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing & submitting progress reports and ensuring data is accurate.
  • Developing ‘Dashboard’ reports for the top management.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of the marketing objectives.
  • Manage and delegate the day to day work of the team.
  • Perform all such duties in relation to the business of the Company as may from time to time be vested in or assigned to them by the Company.
  • Adhere to all DHTC Policies and Procedures.

KEY CRITERIA:

  • Candidate must be a Degree Holder from Accredited, Educational Institution, College or University in the field of marketing or business studies.
  • 5+ years’ strong marketing and business development experience in UAE, preferably in Healthcare and/or Hospitality sector.
  • Expert knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite & digital designing including Photoshop.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML,Email Campaign systems, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram;

KEY SKILLS:

  • Advise on lifestyle issues, such as diet, exercise and mental health.
  • Appropriately prescribing homoeopathic medicines

DERMATOLOGIST

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Conduct complete skin examinations.
  • Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin.
  • Consults with patients to determine dermatological and cosmetic concerns and advising treatments and performing related procedures
  • Prescribes and administers patient medications.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

REGISTERED STAFF NURSE (DHA LICENSED)

We are hiring a registered staff nurse to join our nursing team in Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre.

The position is responsible to promote and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with medical and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. This position will report directly to the Patient Relations Manager and Head Nurse

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize clinical expertise to provide a high standard of holistic care to clinic clients, based on a full assessment of the individual needs.
  • Ensure efficient and coordinated clinic flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities; communicates patient’s needs; makes referrals; serves as a resource person of insurance information.
  • Providing nursing care to patients/clients in a manner that is responsive to individual needs and which is supported by the application of evidence-based nursing knowledge and research
  • Deliver direct patient care; assesses the patient by taking the vital signs (Blood pressure, weight, height, temperature) informs the physician of patient status; responds to phone messages from patients and informs physicians as needed; orders supplies; stocks and maintains patient’s rooms; sterilizes instruments.
  • Administer medications as assigned (intramuscular, intravenous); serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects, and dosage; checks for proper medication order; documents medications; obtains required consent forms to administer infusion and/or Ozone Therapy.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Report relevant clinical information to the medical team.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and legible.
  • Maintain patient confidence and protects operations by keeping the information confidential

KEY CRITERIA:

  • Candidates must be a B.Sc. Nursing Degree Holder from accredited College or University.
  • 2+ years’ full-time experience as a registered nurse, preferably including working experience in UAE.
  • Valid DHA license is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of nursing process, medication administration, clinical protocols, pathways and guidelines.
