New physiotherapy patients have 1-hour assessments and follow up treatments are 45-minutes to 1 hour depending on the case. All appointment times are one-on-one with our physiotherapist.
The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your condition. All of our patients are individually evaluated. Your initial visit gives your therapist the information they need to assess your problem, determine a prognosis, and create a treatment plan. Your therapist will discuss this with you at your initial assessment.

Physiotherapy shouldn’t hurt and is completely safe. It often activates deep tissue, and it’s quite possible that there will be some soreness after a treatment session. Stretching and deep tissue work will often cause temporary soreness.

Most surgeons recommend MLD after the surgery but it makes a significant difference before the surgery, as it help to filter waste and toxins, excess of fluid, viruses and bacteria preventing any infection before the surgery. Also increase the production of lymphocyte production (white blood cells) that help heal cuts and damage tissue.

Pilates can help you lose weight, get relief from back pain, tone your trouble spots, or recover from injury. It’s also being used more and more as therapy to help people with certain serious illnesses such as cancer.
