Our Philosophy to Eat Well!

Eat Well prides itself in being the first lifestyle restaurant, offering health conscious foodies in Dubai bespoke meals designed by its wellness chef Patrick Ikinofo.

What is healthy? We at Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre believe that this is very subjective. It depends entirely on your particular circumstances, nature, and goals.

That’s why an individual approach to your health and wellbeing is at the core of our philosophy. For years we have been treating our clients with a personalized combination of alternative and allopathic treatments and supplements. Now we’ve expanded our services even more!

Based on this fundamental conviction, we created our new restaurant Eat Well and are proud to introduce mouth-watering food creations designed by Patrick Ikinofo, our expert Wellness Chef.

Our meals are generally gluten and re-fined sugar free.
But there is a lot more to savor!

We also offer Paleo, Vegetarian, and Vegan options. It’s an absolutely new concept; a captivating idea that puts ordinary dishes into the center of your health conscious lifestyle.

Our ingredients are organic, seasonal, and sourced locally from environmentally responsible suppliers wherever possible.Not only do we serve deliciously healthy food at our restaurant, but we also grant you the pleasure of eating well at home by offering bespoke meal plans tailored to your personal needs.

History

In 2003, Dubai Herbal and Treatment Centre (DHTC) introduced a more natural solution to wellbeing.

By creating health and wellness programs which offer one or a combination of conventional (allopathic) and CAM (Complementary and Alternative) treatments, DHTC took a more holistic approach to bringing harmony to the body and mind.

After many years of experience in the healthcare field, noticing that the market lacked support in terms of diet and nutrition, DHTC founded the concept of Eat Well.

In 2016, Eat Well Restaurant was integrated into DHTC facilities for a truly comprehensive wellness offering. It highlights the importance of nourishing ingredients in modern life, addresses the growing demand from its clients and is without a doubt, another cornerstone of this incredible establishment.

EAT WELL Bistro

It’s easy to give in to eating whatever is fast and convenient when you’re on the go. Most of the time, that isn’t the healthiest option.

That’s why wecreated EAT WELL Bistro. Pick up or order food that is nutritious – and fast! Now you don’t have to compromise your healthy eating when pressed for time.

You can get healthy guilt-free items, read-to-eat salads, sweets, grab-and-go sandwiches, wraps, freshly squeezed juices, organic coffee and teas, nourishing smoothies and many other good-for-you treats.

EAT WELL Cooking Classes

As part of a comprehensive approach to a healthier lifestyle, we’ve introduced Eat Well cooking classes, to make heathy eating more attainable, and practical. Develop healthy cooking habits with 3 types of cooking classes:

1- Know what to cook to eat well
Let highly qualified Chef Patrick teach you the benefits of applying our philosophy to cooking and eating, in a private classroom with a peaceful environment. These cooking classes will enable you to feel more comfortable in the kitchen, and help you incorporate healthy methods and recipes in your daily life.

2- Know what to cook to eat well – for Domestic Helpers
We have created an easy-to-understand class to educate your domestic helper about healthy meals and how to prepare them. This cooking class will enable your helper to be more confident in the kitchen and have the ability to prepare tasty and well-balanced meals for your family.

3- Know what to cook to eat well – for Kids
Did you know that cooking and eating are both activities that bring families closer? We want children to be more involved in the kitchen so that future generations continue to Eat Well. This class will transform your kids into healthy, happy little chefs through fresh themes and exciting programs that encourage discovery and creativity.

Sourcing local produce wherever possible from responsible suppliers, and working in tandem with the seasons, Eat Well ensures the freshest food from farm gate to plate.

Every dish from gluten-free and sugar-free options to Paleo, vegetarian and vegan are use organic ingredients and are prepared in a way that locks in flavor and nutrients.

Eat Well offers more than 1,900 square feet of meeting and event space. Whether you’d like space for small brainstorming sessions, medium-sized meetings or big birthday celebrations, we can make it happen the healthy way.
Choose from 4 different types of venues to fit your requirements and budget.
1) Small groups (6-8 people)

EAT WELL @ home with our MEAL PLANs

We understand that today’s busy lifestyles can sometimes demand attention elsewhere and leave little time to prepare healthy meals for the whole family.

That’s why we’ve introduced meal plans, designed to make life a little easier when it comes to meeting your fitness goals, controlling medical conditions and managing food intolerances.

Our nutritionists and chefs will work hand-in-hand to put together balanced meal plans that are tailored to your needs.

You have a choice between with our ‘ready-to-go’ menus (I and II) or ‘100% ME’ (III) bespoke meal plans. Start today and live better.

I Eat Well and Cleanse:
Revitalize yourself with the Detox Plan. Aid your body’s natural cleansing process by making it easier to eliminate toxins while maintaining good levels of energy during the detox period.

This meal plan is divided into 7/10/14 day intervals, and food quantities are established on your individual needs and the prescription of our nutritionist.

II Eat what You Need:
These meal plans are specially planned around your physical condition and aims to supplement it accordingly. Food quantities are established on your individual needs and the prescription of our nutritionist. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided for the following categories: Fertility, Athletes, Weight and Diabetes.

II a – Mums-To-Be
Your body needs to be in optimal health when you want to conceive. But it doesn’t just stop there – creating a miracle needs the building blocks of life. This meal plan will nourish your body and keep you ready for when it’s time to grow your family.This meal plan offers the nutrition needed for keeping your body in the best conditions for when you plan to add little ones to your family. N.B. You can also combine this Meal Plan with our DHTC services, i.e.: Fertility Treatments / Obstetrics / Gynecology / Occupational Therapy / Homeopathy / Pediatrics / Psychology for Kids.

II b – Energize Athletes
You do the training. We’ll do the cooking. One of the main challenges for athletes and fitness fans is to meet their constant need for energy. This meal plan ensures that you are receiving the right nutrients to keep you energized between and during training sessions.

II c – Weight Management:
The Weight Loss Meal Plan has benefits for everyone, whether you exercise regularly or just want to lose a few kilos. Every meal will be designed according to the calories you need to burn in a very healthy way. Even though our main meals in this menu focus on weight loss, this meal plan can also help people gain weight. Speak to our nutritionist for more information.

II d – Control Diabetes:
Healthy eating is paramount to keeping diabetes in check. With the right diet, you can maintain your blood sugar levels while staying fresh and energetic throughout your day. This Diabetic Meal Plan can easily fit into your normal daily life and will enable you to enjoy foods like never before.

III 100 % ME – Eat Bespoke and Delicious:
With Eat Well, you can change your way of life with tasty solutions. 100% ME is a tailor-made meal plan where every single meal is prepared by our chef, in line with your dietary preferences. We recommend consulting with our nutritionist and having clinical tests done, so your plan can be devised according to your health goals and result requirements. It is a ‘100% ME’ option you won’t regret!
