We are looking for a DHA licensed Pharmacist to join our team in Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre located in Dubai, UAE.

The Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre is a specialist center of Allopathic and Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in the daily pharmaceutical operations including but not limited to preparation, double checking, labelling, appropriate distribution and delivery of medications in compliance with the specified local and international standards.
  • Maintain pharmacy inventory by executing activities including but not limited to monitoring the pharmaceutical stock to determine the level of inventory supplies and required medications, placing and expediting pharmaceutical orders, verifying receipts and removing outdated drugs.
  • Receive and store incoming deliveries of medication and supplies.
  • Prepare intravenous solutions, extemporaneous medication and admixtures using aseptic techniques and by performing pharmaceutical dosage calculation for patients of all ages and cases.
  • Recognize any inappropriate dosing during calculation of medical dosage for patients based on available dosage forms.
  • Formulate unit-dose tablets from bulk bottles using the pre-packaging machines in order to provide patients with the exact dose as required.
  • Assist in executing the pharmacy related administrative activities such as filling prescriptions, typing labels and filing charge slips.
  • Monitor and record the pharmacy temperature and humidity and performs inspections to ensure safe and secure storage conditions of pharmaceutical medications and supplies.
  • Operates, maintains and conducts routine checks and calibrations of all pharmaceutical equipment in line with the standard operation procedures and manufacturer guidelines to mitigate and avoid any equipment malfunctions.
  • Assists the pharmacy team in providing medication, pharmacological information and pharmaceutical services to patients and relevant medical caregivers.
  • Maintains required records of all pharmacy activities and develops incident reports in an accurate and timely manner.

The ideal candidate:

  • Candidate must be a BSc degree in pharmacy from a recognized University.
  • Must have 5 years full-time experience as a licensed pharmacist preferably 2 years’ in UAE.
  • Valid DHA License
  • Should be Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Commitment to continuous medicine education.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family, nurses and doctors
  • Ability to project a positive and professional image of self, department and clinic.

We are looking for a Female Customer Service executive with healthcare background to join our team at the Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre.

 

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for handling customer service desk duties, delivering a high standard of patient-care and services to all customers, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Demonstrates commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Execute general customer service activities (customer interaction, booking management, billing processing, handling calls)
  • Provides excellent communication, problem-solving and professional phone etiquette skills for achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Handles customer complaints on the spot concerning customer Service and shares the information with other departments if necessary.
  • Ensure that the customer calls are handled and answered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s brands, systems and processes.
  • Maintain communication with customers via emails, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
  • Carries out any other reasonable tasks requested by the Manager to aid the smooth running of the DHTC.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • 3+ years’ health care experience Mandatory
  • Customer service: 2 years (Mandatory)
  • Preferably Bilingual/ Arabic language Knowledge
  • MS Office/ Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Female applicants only

Skills

  • Experience in patient escalation resolving
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should have Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
