The Ayurvedic Consultant and Rehabilitation Specialist of Dubai Herbal & Treatment Center; Dr. Manoj Kumar speaks about the Ayurveda and the centres facility to do various treatments. Ayurveda, known as the science of life is having a tradition of 5000 years. Ayurveda describes how foods, herbs, emotions, climate and lifestyle impact the dynamics of our own physiology and psychology. Ayurveda believes the cause of disease is the imbalance of Bio energy principles (also known as humors: popularly known as Tridoshas: Vata, Pitta, Kapha). When humors go out of balance, it gives rise to disease. So treatment is aimed at bringing back the vitiated humors back to balance. For this we use drugs and advice changes in foods. The three “Gunas”(forces) that form Nature also influence human body. Satwa (that tend to radiate), Raja (represents all dynamic activities) Tama (initiates inertia): connotes the three forces of modern physics namely Nuclear force, Electro force and Gravitational force.
